Conditions of use for Fortune and Glory Records
This is a legal document which sets out your rights
and obligations, and those of Fortune and Glory ("Fortune and
Glory", "we" or "us"), in relation to the
services offered by Fortune and Glory through this site (together
"Fortune and Glory Services"), and the content you gain
access to there ("Content").
You re-affirm your agreement to the terms of this Agreement every
time you avail of any of the Fortune and Glory services.
Use of Content:
All Content (including, but not limited to, downloadable and streamed
files of all types and formats, all editorial and images, and the
design, look and feel of the site itself) is protected by copyright
owned by or licensed to Fortune and Glory. We permit you to store
each downloaded item of Content on a storage medium (such as your
computers hard drive), and play it on a playback device (such as
your computer, or a portable device). However you are not otherwise
entitled to copy, distribute or transmit Content of any sort, whether
downloaded, streamed or otherwise, or to upload it onto any website
or other medium, nor may you broadcast or facilitate any public performance
of Content (streamed or otherwise).

Fortune and Glory is not responsible for the content of third party
sites linked to the Fortune and Glory Services. If you agree to purchase
goods or services offered on or through those third party sites, such
as (but not limited to) vinyl & CDs, the resulting agreement
will be entirely between you and the relevant third party; we will
not be involved in, or have any responsibility under, those agreements.
Changes to this Agreement:
If we make any changes to this Agreement, we will indicate this fact
on the relevant part of the Fortune and Glory Services, and your use
of Fortune and Glory Services following the date of that
Liability:
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect
or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit,
revenue or business, howsoever caused (whether arising out of any
negligence or breach of this Agreement or otherwise), even if that
loss or damage was foreseeable by, or the possibility of it was brought
to the attention of, S.T. Holdings.
English law:
English law applies to your use of the Fortune and Glory site and
to these terms and conditions.
